We only accept returns for products in their original condition, with a complete set of accessories.
After accepting the return, we will refund the funds promptly, within a maximum of 14 days.

Every product marked as new is covered by a manufacturer's warranty: a minimum of 12 months, plus our store's warranty - an additional 12 months.

If the product has an extended manufacturer's warranty, our service warranty only begins after its expiration, which extends the total protection period.
